  • yesterday i was just like

    not in the mood. haha. but i ran the 5k in 27:40 which is awesome (for me) and yeah :) it was like painful but i'll work on it.

    i just got home and i decided that i'm going to eat like four times throughout the day, small breakfast at 6:00, small lunch at 10:30, small snack at 2:30, then dinner around 5:30. because my lunch is scheduled at 10:30 so like i can't go 7 hours without eating and then not have to worry about overeating later. buuut i can't decide what to eat! maybe half a banana? yeah probably.

     

    update: 5k in 27:21 today :))) heeeeellllll yeah.

  • 116.something?

    yeeeeeeeerrrrr i just had like a mini binge but i think it was like 100 calories so not anything devastating.

     

    i'll go drink some tea.

     

    OH SHIT i almost forgot for a second ;p i went to talk to this kid whose in my gym period who i've never seen before and he's reallly hot omg <3 but i was like hey i'm kristen and he was like ummmm hi and gave me this weird look and i was like having a panic attack inside my head so i was just like are you new

     

    and he isn't fucking new. he's been here since freshman year. and i was like oh i've never seen you before that's kind of weird and he was like yeah are you in my class? and i was like no i have gillen and he kinda just like walked away lmfao so i've been kicking myself in the ass all day and everyone at lunch was like wow you're retarded, but my one friend was like dude at least she had the balls to talk to him.

     

    i'm getting an a+ in physics! fucking words can't describe how happy i am about that. idk how it even happened to be honest because i didn't do that well.

     

    oh and my intakes have been high but really number one is losing weight to me, but like number 1.0001 is this run i'm doing so like i don't want to be fatigued or anything and i kinda want to give my body enough to build up and everythaaaang. hopefully in the process i'll get down the last 5lb.

     

    UPDATE: holy shit. i ran 20 minutes. and then fell. fucken fell. and slid like three feet on the sidewalk. my wrist and middle finger are really scratched on my right hand, my left wrist has a pretty deep cut, my left thigh and right knee were scraped, and my hip was bleeding and the cut on my hip is like raised. it's really bad.  omfg. so i had to stop running, but i'll try not to wipe out tomorrow.

  • hi everyone :)

    yesterday was shit, i didn't run that well (5k in about 29:30) and i ate well up until i went to applebees and then my friend and i split a chicken fajita rollup which i ate about 1/3 of and most of the french fries. and then felt like hell all night.

     

    but i ate well the rest of the day so yeah.

     

    and today i went to do the actual trail that i'll be running in the 5k that i'm doing and i did it in 28:12! i'm definitely going to do well and i can take maybe even a minute off of that time by the 12th if i work really hard and eat well. i also didn't push myself as hard as i could have, because i wasn't really sure how hard it would be with hills and everything so it was more of just a test run.

     

    i'm going to be so happy when i cross that finish line!

     

    anyway i was 116.8 yesterday but then i ate a lot and today i was 119.2? i think its mostly food weight thats just still in my system so hopefully i'll be like fully cleansed and stuff as long as i drink a lot of water.

     

    update- just got back from foodtown, got some whole wheat bagel thins that i'm going to start bringing to school for lunch :)

  • heyyy :) happy tuesday

    today SHOULD be me and dylan's ten month

    but fuuuuuuck him i'm better off :)))))

    he's gonna date this fat ugly whore and they'll live in a trailer park forever soooo whatevssss

     

     

    i think i gained a bit... :((((( but i ate well today so far, i would have rather had cantaloupe and some baked lays than a huge sandwich with like four ounces of ham on it and cheese and bread sooo :) and in spanish people are making food for the class for projects, and i only had one cookie! two people made cookies and were giving out two, but i was like can i just have one? and i didn't eat the second person's. and someone else made this rice stuff with meat and stuff and i was like no thanks i don't like steak.
